Taking a Holistic approach means that I aim to treat your whole being by promoting self healing in the body, relieving any stress or tension from your muscles, calming the mind, and balancing your energy.

A tailored full body massage with specific essential oils and acupressure points
to help relieve your symptoms of menopause.
£70 ~ for the first treatment to include a consultation of up to 45 minutes.

Your own Aromatherapy massage oil!
~ choose your favourite essential oils for your massage blend (and a little extra to take home!) I will guide you on each oils therapeutic benefits, so that it's tailored to what you need on the day!

A 30 minute consultation
~ This gives us a chance to have a chat about how you are feeling, any areas or tension and what you would like from the treatment. It also allows time to choose the essential oils and make up the blend.

A herbal Tea or water
~ Either during your consultation whilst we chat, or after your treatment. This is a little extra touch of self care- plus hydration is very important!

Luxury Foot Bath - £5
Begin your treatment with a touch of indulgence. This spa-like upgrade allows you to slow down, unwind and truly settle in whilst we have our consultation- so your body and mind are already beginning to relax before your massage even starts.
Infused with soothing Epsom salts and nourishing coconut milk, this calming ritual helps to ease tension, soften the skin, and gently prepare your body for your massage. It's the perfect way to ease into your treatment experience!

The Deep Rest Upgrade - £15
After your massage, why rush back into the world? Give yourself permission to pause a little longer..... You can now add on 30 minutes of peaceful, uninterrupted rest after your treatment for just £15. Drift in to sleep, stay cocooned in calm, or simply enjoy the quiet, allowing your body to fully absorb the benefits of your treatment.
No rushing, No interruptions. Just deep rest.
