A tailored full body massage with specific essential oils and acupressure points
to help relieve your symptoms of menopause.

Your own Aromatherapy massage oil!
~ choose your favourite essential oils for your massage blend (and a little extra to take home!) I will guide you on each oils therapeutic benefits, so that it's tailored to what you need on the day!

A 30 minute consultation
~ This gives us a chance to have a chat about how you are feeling, any areas or tension and what you would like from the treatment. It also allows time to choose the essential oils and make up the blend.

A herbal Tea or water
~ Either during your consultation whilst we chat, or after your treatment. This is a little extra touch of self care- plus hydration is very important!​
Sami is an amazing therapist, she has a beautiful energy and made me feel so comfortable. The therapy room is gorgeous and the massage was so good! Loved choosing the aromatherapy oils together to suit me perfectly. Definitely recommend, it was such a treat!
